SALE Celluloid Victorian Style Lady Face Cameo

Not an expert, but I feel pretty well convinced this cameo is constructed of lightweight celluloid. It is obviously quite old and probably dates back to the Turn of the Century, if not earlier. My camera didn't come anywhere near capturing the fine detailing of the lady's profile. She has a definite Graeco-Roman look and is noble indeed! Measurements are 1 7/8" x 1 3/8". Old-fashioned, primitive "C" clasp, which does still work as I have worn this piece.

Basically in extremely good condition for a piece this old, but please be advised there is a little dark spot at the very top and a bit of darkness, a little over one quarter of an inch, along the rim on the upper left-hand side. Not really noticeable, but make us an offer!
