When untwisted, the four strands do lie flat on this marvelous old necklace. The longest strand measures approx. 16 1/2", the shortest 12", with the extender beads adding almost 3 additional inches. Gorgeous glass beads in shades of cocoa, plum, caramel, clear aurora borealis, and lipstick red (among others!) are divided by little clear-glass spacers. Silvertone fish-hook clasp is signed "Japan." This one is in absolutely beautiful vintage condition.
