Caffco is a company that begin out of Montgomery, AL, over 50 years ago. These darling examples of their home decorations measure approx. 5 1/2" tall x 3 1/2" wide across their bases. I believe they are constructed of some sort of heavy-duty, ceramic-like plastic. Each features a sticker on the bottom reading "Caffco Quality Products Japan."
