A magnificent late 19th century Italian Center or Writing Table, with a single drawer, of serpentine form embellished with bronze mounts and a continuous profusion of floral inlays. The table has a stamped incised signature from the maker, G. Cheze. Beautiful from all angles, the table is in very good condition commensurate with age having minor restoration to edge inlays and a slight impercepatble curvature to the top; size 30” H x 55” L x 36” D.
