19th C. Bronze Bust of Shakespeare on Pedestal

As formidable as the great playwright himself, this solid bronze bust of Shakespeare would be fabulous on anyone's desk. This is a very old piece, 19th century and it is mounted and bolted to a matching bronze pedestal. The weight is astounding for the size of this piece, as it is solid, not hollow, and the casting is very good. The bust depicts Shakespeare in his older years; size 8 1/2" H x 4 1/2" W.
