A petite Louis XV Country French hand carved commode with serpentine backsplash fitted with two small shelves doweled into a bréche marble inset top. The commode contains a single drawer over a cabinet with small-hinged door; the cabinet is lined in white marble. Finely detailed hand carved moldings further enhance the genuine charm of this piece which is supported on delicately curved legs, of walnut woods; in very good original condition; size 44” H x 15” W x 15” D.
