A charming early 20th century nautical painting of an Old Man in his fishing boat surrounded by Seagulls hoping for a morsel. The reflection of his boat and the gentle whirlpool in the water create an almost dream like scene. The painting is signed by Massachusetts artist, E. T. Cotter and is set into a lovely giltwood frame. The painting has been cleaned and retouched and is ready to hang, the frame is in fair condition with lossess to the corners; size of frame 34" W x 28 1/2" H, size of visible art 31 1/2" W x 26" H.
