Exquisite French 19th C. fruitwood bergére or Wing Chair with hand carved frame surrounding velvet upholstered back with conforming seat cushion; frame is exceptionally carved throughout supported on spade feet with acanthus carved knees. The chair retains is original weathered finish; in very good sturdy condition with minor restoration to carved crest; upholstery can be used as is or reupholstered in the fabric of your choice; size 44" H x 29" W x 29" D.
