An impressive and detailed pair of mid 19th century Old Paris hand-painted lamps. Each lamp is profusely decorated with flowers, birds, vines, and leaves, signed by the artist. The sides of the lamps are embellished with the stunning figure of a Ram's head outlined in gilt highlights.

These lamps are set on matching hand-painted wooden bases and are in absolutely mint condition, no chips, repairs, breaks, or cracks. They have been re-fitted for electricity in the 20th century with recent wiring.
