Massive Vintage Gold and Turquoise Pearl Ring

Size 6 1/4. I think this turquoise is glass. This is an antique 14K gold ring with genuine half pearls. The center stone is meant to be turquoise but I think they used a glass stone. It is slightly abraded on top from wear and there is a tiny bump like an imperfection which also makes me pretty sure they used glass. This ring is 1 inch across. Weight is 11.2 grams.
