This is a hand made knee or shoe Buckle of silver with rose gold applied leaves and cushion cut strass rhinestones. I had to clean it to see the workmanship. Later is was made into a pin. Measures 2 3/8 by 2 inches. Perhaps from Jane Austen's era!
