We will respond to all orders within 24 hours and guarantee all merchandise is as described on our site. We will do our utmost to provide the best customer service possible. All merchandise will be carefully wrapped to ensure it arrives at its destination safely. Nothing makes us happier than to have a satisfied customer.

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays only actual shipping charges. We do not charge a handling fee and we pay insurance for all shipments. All jewelry is packaged in an attractive gift box and gift wrapped.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
