The condition is fairly good, but it must have been stored in a damp place it smells musty. It has some spotting on the page edges. The dust jacket has some tears and wear. The covers are red and black. There are many color & black and white illustrations. It is a first edition. It has 213 pages. The book contains more than 450 recipes that represent the Specialties of the House from some of the finest restaurants. The recipes are easy to read, understand and prepare.
