This is a very lovely old mother of pearl and brass picture frame. It is beautifully decorated with mother of pearl on the sides and tops. The frame is brass with brass roping on each side of the mother of pearl and brass florets on each corner of the frame. The brass frame is detailed on each side with raised flowers. The frame is very detailed and beautifully designed. The frame is in very good condition with only some minor wear and oxidation to the brass. It measures approximately 5 ¼” in width and 7" in height. The easel frame backing was replaced at some time. It doesn’t fit well in that the bottom extends slightly beyond the frame. The backing also has some tearing.
