This is a beautifully glazed early blue spongeware bowl. It has no manufacturer's marks. It is unsigned. It measures approximately 2 ¾” high and 8” in diameter. The condition is good for its age. It does have crazing, a hairline crack near the rim and slight imperfections in the bottom of the bowl that can be viewed in the pictures. It dates from circa 1880’s to the early 1900’s.
