Welcome to Penaroyal Collectibles!!! We have for sale a small group of vintage trim and collars that look to be crocheted, tatted or a fancy piece of lace. They vary in color from white, off white and black. Some are rather long pieces and others are short (just a couple are short). Most of the smaller pieces appear to of come off of something elegant. The largest piece measures approx 9’ long x 2 ½” wide. It is off-white in color and has a wonderful floral pattern. The smallest piece measures approx 15” long x ¾” wide and it too is off-white in color. There are twelve piece in all and several of them are rather fancy. The larger black piece looks like a collar related item and the small one could also be for a collar or a sleeve piece. One of the off-white piece is for a collar and it has a floral pattern and the other piece is rather long for a collar, but it too looks like something from a fancy outfit. All appear to be in good to nice condition for their age. They show a little wear, have a musty smell from being stored and some have a little minor soiling or age spots. These are great piece to have for mending vintage clothing. They would also work great on old doll outfits. Some of the items may not be handmade, but they are all very old.
