Stunning Black Velvet Clutch Purse

Welcome to Penaroyal Collectibles!!! We have for sale a beautiful clutch purse. It measures approx 5” x 8”. The main outside part of the purse is made of black velvet. Then it is accented with a beautiful detailed pattern with some type of thread that fills like metal on the front. The threads are a slightly dull silver and gold tone color. On the back is a strap that goes all the way across the back of the purse to hold your gloves and it has more of a leaf pattern that has also been designed with the same metal type thread. It was done in the silver tone color. The inside of the purse is made of some type of black material. We are not sure what the material is made of. It is black in color with a slight shine to it. There are also two large pockets on the inside. There is one on each side. This purse is held closed with a snap.

We are not sure of this items age. It looks like something form the 1950’s or older. It is in nice condition on the outside with gentle wear and there is a little dust that has settled on the velvet material. The inside show just a little more wear. The snap needs to be re-sewn in a couple places and the seam where the material comes together in the corner appears to of never been sewn together.
