Art Deco Figural Lamp with Opalescent Swirl Glass Shade

Welcome to Penaroyal Collectibles!!! We have for sale a beautiful Art Deco Figural Lamp with an Opalescent Swirl Glass Shade. This lamp stands approx 22” tall to the top of the shade. The shade is made of all glass and has a beautiful white swirls throughout it. Behind the globe is a milk white colored bulb that is in the shape of a flame. Holding up this beautiful globe is a beautiful woman. She is knelling on one knee and holding the globe above her head.

This old lamp is in good condition with some wear. The gold coloring on the outside of the metal has a few places that the base metal is showing throw and there are a few places the paint is trying to flake off. We left this the way we found it and will let the next owner decide if it needs to be redone. The part that holds the globe looks like copper and it is slightly tarnished and the bulb holder looks like brass. There are three screws that hold the globe in place. One is original and the other two have been replaced at sometime. The globe is in good condition with no cracks, but does have several small chips on the rim area that rest in the holder. They cannot be seen when globe is in place.

This is a wonderful old lamp that would look great in any home.
