Beautiful Polar Star Golden Dawn J.C. Penney Wool Blanket

Welcome to Penaroyal Collectibles!!! We have for sale a neat old wool blanket from J.C. Penney’s. It measures approx 72”x 88”. It is a very colorful blanket with an off-white background and four colorful stripes at each end. The stripes will include black, yellow, red and turquoise blue. On one side of the blanket there is a tag with all the information about the maker. Blankets like this were used to trade with the Indians years ago.

This blanket is in good condition with minor wear and a few minor thin moth eaten areas (not holes). It also has a name embroidered under the tag that reads “Karr E. X.”. It has been stored for the last few years and does have a slight odor. It comes from a smoke free home. There are a few minor age spot and one small dirty spot. At the bottom of the blanket it has a whip stitch and a few of the stitches have come undone.
