Welcome to Penaroyal Collectibles!!! We have for sale a neat old oven thermometer. This item measures approx 2 ¼” x 4” and is marked at the top Weksler N.Y.C. The top section is made of aluminum with the thermometer attached and the bottom piece fills like some type of stone. There are several temperature marks near the top for custard, pudding, fish, chicken, pastry and broil. This item has been used over the years and does show some wear. It has some scuff marks, a few dents and some dark areas from the heat.
