I have never seen anything quite like it: a Large (14mm round) Natural Rutilated Quartz Faceted Round Stone that has an arachnid cut into the facets.

The stone is clear, with a couple of natural rutilated "sticks" inside, it sparkles a little, not like diamonds, but a little, especially in sunlight.

I set it into a sterling silver basket-weave setting and put it on a silver chain.
