Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. If my fixed shipping rate is more than actual fee, I will reimburse the difference. I do ship internationally if you use paypal and agree to my "guess" as to what the shipping fee is. I will reimburse through paypal any excess in shipping fee so you are paying more than what it is.

Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee. Or "handling fees' as I hate to be "handled" by sellers that I deal with too!
