A remarkable nautical print by American artist Robert Oliver Skewp (1910-1984). I could not find a title for this print, the scene is of an American harbor with the American flags on the ships. The larger ship mask have a white flag with the ship name "Nightingale". The artist name is signed in red on the lower left on the print and a pencil signature in under this on the white border and in the lower left is the numbers 327/950. This is a vintage print brought among others I will be listed probably from the 1970's that had accumulated in a storage facility in which I brought the contains. The Albany, Georgia framing business that framed this print is no longer in business. It had not be authenticated The frame print measures: 24 1/4''h x 30 1/4''w. The frame have a little wear but it have the wire for hanging.
