This is a incomplete set of "Report of Cases in Law and Equity" books that consist of 25 volumes from the supreme court of Georgia. The books pages are intact, some of the volumes cloth spine are tatter or off, pages have brown after 100 years or more. They had book worm residue/marks in the books and on the hard bound cover. The volume start with volume 4 (1848) and end with volume 119 (1903). There are missing volumes in the set. The reading is very interesting, especially on the state of women roles as well as of African Americans as slave. Here is a part of an article from volume 31-1860-61, Atlanta, Milledgeville, Athens and Savannah, reporter Geo. N. Lester: Index...Devise and Legacy... Testator, by his will (John W.
