This is a more current piece of Americana, about 1970-1980's. There is a sticker on the bottom that reads Pal-Mar, Made in Japan. Light paint loss on the roof top, but other wise excellent condition. The measurements are 2 1/2 inches to the top of the roof and 3 inches across the bottom. One out house door reads "His" and one "Hers" Very cute.
