I have not found a signature on this piece but would certainly attribute to McClelland Barclay just by the quality and style of the piece. It is gilt bronze has a bowl made in the shape of a lily pad, along the rim sits a tiny frog. The stem and foot of the piece is truly Art Nouveau with swirled bronze adorned with a small lily pad and finished with a curled lily pad resembling a fish tail.

The bowl measures 8" across and is 2" deep, overall heighth is 4" and it is heavy weighing over 3 pounds not packaged.
