OSAKA Japan Sterling Silver Souvenir Spoon

Sterling silver spoon from the city of Osaka Japan has a pagoda or temple on the finial, the name Osaka in an open frame, detailing surrounding the name, and a bowl in the shape of a flower, most likely a cherry blossom. Spoon is 4" long and has patina or tarnish that could be polished by buyer. The spoon is marked Sterling 950, so is a higher grade of silver than sterling silver.
