Sterling silver post style earrings for pierced ears have two different colors of crushed blue stones inserted in the silver. I believe one is lapis lazuli, while the other may be turquoise, although I am not certain of this. The earrings are 3/8" wide and 3/4" in diameter. Marked CC Co and 925 for sterling.
