This is a beautiful feminine Art Nouveau era lavaliere or pendant with two flowers resembling tulips on an open swirled basket like design enhanced by a faux ruby glass stone in a collet setting. This pendant is not marked but tests as 14K gold. There is no significant sign of wear. This would look so pretty on a slender gold chain. Measures just over 1" (28mm) long not including the bale.
