Nice silver souvenir spoon from Caracas Venezuela has a brightly colored enameled crest with Caracas spelled out at the top and a crown symbol above. Nice detail on the stem of the spoon, which measures 3 3/4" long. Marked 800 on back of spoon, signifying a silver content less than sterling silver.
