Beautiful and ornate sterling silver sugar spoon has a floral design on finial and stem and the letter "B" inscribed at the top. My best guess is the flower in the bowl is a dogwood blossom, although I am not familiar with the maker or pattern. The back mark is Sterling as well as two birds and the letter M in a shield design, which stands for the Baker Manchester Silver or Manufacturing Company. ( My thanks to a viewer for this helpful information!) There is some wear and patina commensurate with age, although spoon could be polished as desired. Measures 5 1/4" long. Please email with any questions, and thanks for visiting Splendors Of The Past!
