Beautiful older Czech brooch or pin has a domed green swirled Peking glass (faux jade) cabochon in a bezel setting with an elaborate raised floral motif surrounding the cabochon. This piece measures 2" x 1" and is raised about 1/2" in the center and is constructed with a gold plated repousse' design with an additional floral overlay as seen in the photographs. There is a safety clasp and and brooch is signed Made In Czechoslovakia. There are signs of a solder repair on the clasp, which may have been a replacement for the original, although this does not show on the front of the brooch. Condition is very good for a piece of this age, with some wear to the gold plating.
