Cute vintage Valentine's Day postcard features a boy and girl in brightly colored clothing, boy with heart in hand and girl reading a card. The heart in the center has a poem reading "Sure do wish there was enough love so there'd be some for me Bein' lonesome's awful tough, ain't you got no sympathy" Evidently the girl is ignoring the young man's attentions! Card has been postally used although the stamp is missing, and there is writing on the back as well. Minor wear on the corners and a bit of black ink is worn off the boy's hair. Lightly embossed, with some gold highlights. Marked Whitney Made Worcester Massachusetts. I am happy to combine shipping when purchasing more than one postcard.
