One of the prettiest handbags I have had, this vintage purse or handbag is made from a woven black fabric, possibly wool, embroidered with red roses, and lined with a black satiny fabric. The inner portion of the handbag is a pretty red satiny fabric with a corded drawstring. The outer handbag has two woven straps. Stylish comb with case to tuck into an evening bag, in faux tortoise shell, decorated on one side with a butterfly outlined in white enameling and highlighted with crystal rhinestones, a faux pearl and small black beads. Case and comb measure 4 inches long and 1 5/8 inches high (10 cm x 4 cm) and shows very slight signs of wear. A few of the small beads are missing but this is hard to see. Marked Made in France.
