Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping is by USPS First Class Mail unless the client prefers Priority Mail. International buyers will usually use First Class Mail International but more expensive shipping methods are available if desired. A handling fee is never charged. Insurance is available through a third-party company and costs $1.00 per package up to a value of $250. Orders over $250 may be split in order to have all items insured. I know you are looking forward to your purchase so I usually am able to ship in 2 business days after clearance of funds.

Restocking Fee:
Past Perfection does not have a restocking fee at this time.

Other Information:
I accept PayPal, money orders and cashier's checks for second business day shipping and hold items paid by personal check from first-time buyers for about 10 days and then ship right out. Also, the use of International Money Orders in US dollars and Western Union is always an option, especially for overseas clients. Please plan to make PayPal payment within 4 days and send money orders and personal checks to be received within 7 days of purchase or the item will be returned to the store unless additional time is requested by the buyer. Also, in order to protect both buyer and seller, orders paid by PayPal must be shipped to the confirmed address.
