Here is a beautiful rendition of the United States Capitol Building Washington, D.C., which houses the U.S. Congress. It is made of cast metal and is finished in bright goldplating. There are two rows of sparkling clear rhinestones around the dome near the top.

The pin has a nice weight and can be worn on a lapel or coat and also can stand by itself on a dresser or display shelf.

Made by the Monet Company, one of the oldest costume jewelry companies in the U.S., it is in excellent condition with no sign of having been worn.
