REDUCED Beautiful Vintage Frame Pin with Initials "SAM"

The brooch is 2-1/8" wide x 1-5/8" long and is in great condition with all pearls intact and rhinestones sparkling and just a little bend to the pin stem. It is signed ORA, a company that made Deco style jewelry and also fraternal jewelry for organizations like the Shriners and is still in business in Chicago as the Ralph Singer Company.
