This is a hard-to-find Forbidden Fruit grapes pin and earring set of light grey thermoplastic balls forming the grapes and set with faceted opaque white rhinestones. Each piece is topped with two goldtone and green enameled leaves and a stem. The brooch is 2" long x 1-3/8" wide and the earrings are 1-3/8" long x 7/8" wide. There have been more rare Forbidden Fruit sets but this remains my all-time favorite for its sparkling fuchsia rhinestones. The fruit itself is made of a heavy cherry amber-colored molded thermoplastic inset with dozens of hot pink rhinestones. The apples are topped with a goldtone double leaf and stem that has hints of green in it, with the earrings having more green than the pin. Sparkling opaque black rhinestones are pave' set in black Lucite or thermoplastic molded orange shapes and topped off with an antiqued silvery-goldtone stem and two leaves. Yummy Forbidden Fruit domed berry or small apple made of a light mauvey poured plastic into which sparkling pink rhinestones are inserted. The fruit is 1-1/4" long x 1-1/8" wide and very dimensional at 1/2". It has a tubular metal stem and slightly curved dark mauve leaf. This fruit is from the Austrian fruit and vegetable series where the pieces were sold with paper tags bearing the name "Forbidden Fruit". I have also had an identical one with blue rhinestones.

This is a wonderful Forbidden Fruit grapes pin of shiny opaque black lucite balls accented by sparkling clear rhinestone chatons and two gold and white enameled leaves and a stem on top. The pin is 1-7/8" long x 1-3/8" wide and is very dimensional at 3/4" deep. In great condition.
