This nice vinyl album still had the cellophane on the jacket when we found it, so it was kept in very good condition and the vinyl looks pristine. It has the owner's name written on the back of the jacket and on one side of the record label. Cass Elliot was born Ellen Naomi Cohen and became famous as part of the 60's hippie group The Mamas & The Papas. When they broke up in 1968, she launched a solo career and this 1969 release is her 2nd solo album, the first being "Dream A Little Dream Of Me". She died of a heart attack in London in 1974 although rumors incorrectly related that she choked on a sandwich. She was honored post-humously when the Mamas & Papas were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Shipping USPS Media Mail - $3.50, Priority - $5.
