Our Service Pledge To You:
You will receive a confirmation email of your order within 24 hours. Ordinarily packages are sent out 24 hours after payment is made, but on occasion Saturdays after that at the latest. I'll be happy to provide extra pictures and answer any questions you may have. I stand behind all of my items. Shop with me and you won't be disappointed!
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for registered shipping, handling and insurance (if available). Contact me for a quote. Ordinarily I use Priority shipping. I assume no liability for items in transit to you. I can file a claim with our postal services, should anything happen to your item. Depending on the weight and size of your order, I use padded envelopes with a gift box or a box to fit all separately bubble-wrapped items. I will be happy to combine and save you money on shipping.

Restocking Fee:
There is no restocking fee.

Payment is expected within three days after the order is placed. When payment has not been made within this period, I reserve the right to cancel your order and put the item back in the store. For orders outside the European Union, customs fees etc. are the buyer's responsibility. International buyers are to use PayPal for payment.
