I love to communicate with my customers! I respond to all orders M-F within 24 hours. Items are shipped twice a week. Paypal and Money Order purchases are mailed when payment is received. Checks need to clear before shipping. Your linens will arrive smelling wonderful and looking great! You will never receive linens that are carelessly stuffed in a box with a packing slip. You deserve the best. Feedback is welcomed. Let me know if you are pleased and how I can better serve you. Looking for something special? Let me see if I can locate the item for you. If I do not have it in my surplus stock I will see if I can purchase through other dealers.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays exact postage only. No handling charges are added. United States orders over $30.00 are free. Simply place your order as usual and shipping will be removed when you are invoiced. Painted Lady will reduce shipping cost on multiple purchases under $30.00 as well.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs should they be unhappy with their purchase. Upon receipt of the linens, buyer will receive refund of original cost.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee.
