Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for USPS Priority Mail with Insurance. Delivery Confirmation (with tracking) is included at no charge. Small handling charge. We ship high ticket items by USPS Registered Mail. We have successfully shipped all over the US, and to England, Scotland, Japan, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Thailand, Ireland, Spain, and Belgium.

Restocking Fee:
If an item is returned, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways . We will absorb any credit card fees. We have no re-stocking fee.
We feel that our pictures and descriptions are accurate, but if you have any questions about an item, please call or email before purchasing.
All items must be returned in original or comparable packing. We will refund purchase price only after item is returned, and we are satisfied that it is in the same condition as when it left.
The only exception for full refund with all shipping costs is if our description was not accurate, and we reach an agreement that the fault was ours.

Other Information:
We accept payment by Paypal. We can also take your Visa or Mastercard credit card order directly through our own Merchant Account. Our toll free number is: 1-800-564-5193. However, we can ship only to your card's billing address.

International buyers may also pay by Western Union. All customs forms will be filled out truthfully.

We do offer lay-away purchase on items $200 and over. Our lay-away policy is 1/3 down (including shipping/insurance), 2nd payment in 30 days, final payment in 60 days. The item will be held until paid in full. If payments are not made as agreed, the item will be returned to stock, and no payments will be refunded.
Return policies do not apply to lay-away items.
