This cup and saucer has a scalloped edge and what Michael Berthoud calls a "Broken Loop Handle". He shows the cup shape on page 156 of his "Compendium of British Cups", and identifies it as Hilditch c. 1830-35.
Both the cup and the saucer are in excellent condition. No chips, no cracks, no crazing, no discoloration, no repairs. Both pieces have a nice ring when tapped.
The saucer is 5-7/8" in diameter, and the cup's handle is about 2-3/4" high. Both pieces are unmarked except for a decorator's tally mark.
