We date it 1805-1820 per Godden's mark 1183, which is printed in blue: DAVENPORT STONECHINA . The pattern number 659 is handpainted in puce, and the numbers 3-65 are impressed.
Condition? It rings when struck, so no cracks or hairlines. There is some wear to the surface at stacking points, and there are utensil marks. Also, a small chip to the edge which is more easily felt than seen. See the close-up photo below, at the pink flower, with the chip being at the blue tendril which extends to the edge.
