The mark on the base, a blue overglaze beehive/shield with "Austria" dates these c. 1890-1918. I believe these are c. 1900 or earlier, as the quality of decoration is much better than the later pieces.
The flowers on the plinth bases and the backs of the vases are entirely hand painted. The figures on the front are a combination of transfers and hand painting.
The vases are very large, measuring about 17-1/2" high. The vases are attached to their plinth bases with a metal screw. Each vase weighs almost 4 pounds unpackaged. For the safest packaging, they may need to be shipped in 2 separate boxes.
Condition? There is wear to the gilding on the handles and finial, especially. The right handle of the vase decorated with the Fairy Queen (Photo 2 and others) has been repaired in 3 places. No other problems.
