19th C Transferware Plate with Hand Clobbering by J. & M.P. Bell & Co. of Glasgow, Scotland. The plate measures 20 cm (just under 8") in diameter. C 1841-80.
No chips, no cracks, no crazing, no repairs. A few slight nicks to the edge, and staining on the back but not the front. This heavy, thick plate weighs 15 oz. unpackaged.
