Excellent condition. No chips, no cracks, no crazing, no repairs. Has a nice ring, so no "invisible" hairline cracks. The only mark on the back is a hand painted pink arrow. Most likely made in the Staffordshire district of England, circa 1850. Beware of the Allerton reproduction made c. 1890! This is the original version.
Acquired privately on Vashon Island from the estate of an advanced ceramics collector.
