We ship within 24-48hrs of payment but not weekends or Holidays.

We guarantee the authenticity of all items that we sell.

Since we purchase quite a bit from estate sales we do not always know the "history" of a piece. If we do we always include it in the description.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
SHIPPING/INSURANCE - Is always FREE when you purchase over $25-- First Class or First Class International(International Customers). If the item is under $25 First Class is $4.00 and $4.50 for First Class International. If you want Priority, please ask and we'd be happy to send it for $7.00 or $13.50 (Priority International).

Restocking Fee:
RETURNS - If you're unhappy, we're unhappy -- so we'll return your money after the item is returned. All items must be returned in original condition within 10 days of receipt. If not a $25 restocking fee will occur and be deducted from your refund. You will be refunded in the same manner that you paid.

Other Information:
ORDERING/PAYMENT - Payments must be made within 5 days of order. Otherwise the order will be cancelled and put back in stock.

We accept several forms of payment: Paypal is our preferred payment, Postal Money Orders, Personal Checks (will have a 6 Day Business Hold), Cashier's Checks and. Checks returned for Insufficient funds will be charged a $25.00 NSF Fee.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY - Please contact us within 24hrs after you have indicated your intention of purchasing an item with your name and full mailing address.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - We do not falsify customs forms, please don't ask us to.

PLEASE NOTE: All our jewelry (unless noted) is USED Vintage jewelry and you may see some small amount of wear. Also we clean very obviously dirty jewelry but your jewelry could use a light cleaning when you receive it. This is especially true of silver as many vintage/antique silver collectors would rather we leave the "cleaning" to them.
