Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyers to pay actual shipping charges, plus a reasonable handling charge. I will provide Insurance to cover against loss or damage during shipping at my cost. I use adequate peanuts and bubble wrap to protect your purchase, and charge a reasonable handling fee to cover those costs.

Restocking Fee:
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but understand that items are not always what you expected once you have them in your hands. We will gladly refund your purchase price, less a 10% re-stocking fee, once the item has been returned to us.

Other Information:
Arkansas residents will be required to pay 9% sales tax.
