The plate is the fourth plate in the group of French Dolls of the Mildred Seeley Series: The Doll Collection. It is called " The Alexandre - Be'be' Phoenix " and depicts a doll produced by Henri Alexandre in Paris between 1889 and 1891. The doll is costumed in soft rose and lilac with stiff pleated lace.

The 8 1/2 inch plate has a gold rim. It is numbered 1200 from the limited edition of 5000. It is mint in condition and comes in its original packing box with the COA. From: 1979.
